Shouldn’t the ‘required reading’ overlap Austen and the Brontes? 😉

There also needs to be an overlap between Twilight and fanfic. ;p

I really do not dig the touchy-feely vampire genre that’s popular right now. I prefer the Dracula-esque vampire or the brutal 30 Days of Night-type creatures of the night. The fan fiction is even worse for the Twilight-style vamps. Ugh!

For our curriculum we include Austen and Bronte as outside reading choices in the honors and AP classes. 🙂
